Obviously, the use of gps sattelites is free but you need an offline map to be able to see where you are on Earth ^^. It is like you use the gps for cars, your phine receives the data from sattelites so it doesn't use the 3g or anything else "data plan".

So it uses data only to download map data, right? GPS "Positioning" or "navigation" is not charged for data/subscription? Yes, if you have an offline navigation client it should work. Or do you mean Drive+ can't run in the background with bing maps in foreground? Nokia Drive+ beta found GPS for me just fine. Nokia Drive does not get any access to GPS and basically screws itself in giving out directions. Miss Bing Map? I don't need more, but I can't find this app. So it will be great, if I can import the maps through DropBox or SkyDrive and export the tracks to it. I can download it within the app and this is very slow (7h for 100MB). Also I can't import the maps (*.nmap) from DropBox. There are a lot of apps but as a example Outdoor Navigation is slow and buggy. I'm searching for a App, where I can use offline maps (OpenStreetMap) and make tracks.
