Overwolf crosshair overlay
Although not a physical and drastic edge. Just stumbled across this Overwolf application and am quite curious to see if this will end up being punishable considering it is use of a third party program to get some sort of an edge in the game. That aside, this isn't a topic about shaders, so we should probably end this conversation here. No, it is confirmed now from my own research that botmakers did indeed use shader edits as a base for their cheats, now they are crying on their forums i can't and won't link here, pretty interesting since i been bashed here for saying nothing else that files need be locked as the first protection you do to a game usually, and the entire crosshair debate has nothing to do with it! Please seperate those.Īlso you can use tape and whatever not, the crosshair debate is purley about: either for all, or for none (there is a solution for both, which has nothing to do with shaders) Yes, shader edits can help with hacks, but I really don't think that's the main reason for shader edits being removed. It seems it is offset about one pixel to the right. I hate to say this but my OCD is acting up. I've attempted to contact support regarding this, but they've never replied. This does not modify any files and Overwolf has been used in games for years.

This is just a quick look at my Overwolf application: Ultimate Crosshair Currently testing and not available on the Overwolf app store. It was pure coincidence, i posted the files cause i got tired of ppl asking me for them in a daily basys, had no idea there was some sort of event going on or that nofog would cause so much issues you should see the reactions on hacker forums, they hate this announcment, gives me lulz 'but we continue to bot', i guess some bots required your or other shaders to work, imagine that - only proves what i been saying: files need be locked, it's like the first and most simple anti-cheat protection in existance, yet why g1 allowed it for so long is below my horizon. He released his entire shader collection right before the official announcement of shaders being bannable. Also, I wonder how much time it will take for dreamss to hop into this thread - seems like word 'shader' is an ultimate spell to instantly summon him. I wonder how much of similar threads would appear in January 2015.
